Man In The Mirror..

The room was dark, save for the glow of the fire from the old brick fireplace in the north wall. There was dusty antique furniture in the room. Aside from the dust, the room was clean.  In front of the fireplace, there was an old man in a rocking chair, wrapped in a blanket. He was staring at the fire and he seemed lost inside it.
You could see the sparkle in the old man's eyes as he stared at the fire. He was lost in his own world, and seemed to be at peace. On the eastern wall of the room was a big picture mirror that was immaculately clean. The heavy frame of the mirror was a victorian gothic design, and was gold in color. As if a man possessed, he shouted "That is it, I am out of here!!". He the wrapped the blanket around himself, and ran towards the mirror. In a matter of second, he ran from the chair to the mirror, and jumped right into it. The mirror made a tinkling sound as he entered it, not unlike electricity. The last thing you could see was the old man, in the mirror, looking out from it at the big empty room, at the fire place....
